Job Description:
We are seeking a SalesForce.com Administrator-Analyst-Project
Manager. The ideal candidate to have experience not only with the
day to day administration of SalesForce but has the breath and
experience with the product to make recommendations on system
features, figure out how to use SalesForce strategically and
putting together new processes and procedures. Go live next
quarter! The project has already started. Will consider candidates
outside of California. Position will be located in Sherman Oaks,
CA. This position will be responsible for the planning and analysis
of business systems requirements for SalesForce , system changes or
enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other
IT resources and/or vendors. Work with business partners to
identify practical solutions to business problems using SalesForce
. The position will be responsible for the administration and
ongoing support of SalesForce and other technologies related to
SalesForce . Excellent verbal and written communication skills are
required for this position as is a strong attention to detail and
an ability to build relationships with all levels within the
organization. Duties and responsibilities • Operates as primary
system administrator and application configuration expert for
SalesForce .com CRM, including but not limited to the following
activities: Documents requirements and specifications for system
implementation, enhancements, develops consensus for those
enhancements. • Creates, develops and maintains user roles,
security profiles, workflow rules, and other system configuration
options. • Works with management to design and develop strong
relationships with user groups to support user adoption, ensure
proper use of SalesForce and productive growth and change around
the application and corresponding business processes. • Conducts
research on the best practices and industry/functional trends. •
Supports both project and on-going support/maintenance activities
related to SalesForce .com and other related application systems. •
Develops in-depth knowledge and proficiency of supported business
areas and engages business partners in evaluating opportunities for
process integration and refinement. • Lead in the software design,
configuration, and implementation using salesforce.com, Sales and
Service Cloud. • Manages data loads and data quality. • Creates
reports and dashboards for the management team. • Trains new end
users on the application and trains existing users on new features.
• Stays abreast of CRM and SalesForce .com best practices
applicable to our industry. • Conducts regular workflow analysis
and application review sessions among both users and executives. •
Documents processes and creates documents to communicate processes.
• Participates in cross-functional teams that address strategic
business issues involving CRM operations. • Assisting with build
imports of lead, contact or account data. • Maintaining security
profiles and access rights for users within the application. •
Configuring shared, custom reports. • Escalating issues to
SalesForce .com technical support as required. Qualifications •
Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience with the configuration and
ongoing administration of SalesForce .com. • Experience with
SalesForce .com messaging and integrations with other enterprise
applications. • Experience in analysis of business process,
workflow and modeling. • Understanding of project management
practices and deliverables. • Ability to create action plans &
resolve obstacles to achieve deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to
create a positive and professional business relationship with
internal and external clients & vendors. • Ability to work
independently in a fast paced environment is critical. • Experience
with other CRM is a plus. • Experience with Financial Industry is a
plus. Experience/Skills Required •Applicable B.S. or equivalent. •3
years of demonstrated software implementation/management experience
•Thorough understanding of software delivery methodologies, project
management, change management, etc. •Demonstrated CRM experience
desired. •Salesforce.com certification or desire to become
