A company is looking for a Director, eCommerce Platform
Development to lead the development of a custom-built eCommerce
website platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive development strategies aligned with strategic
objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the shopping
experience
Lead and mentor the platform engineering team, promoting best
practices in development and testing methodologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
experience
10+ years in the retail space delivering large-scale e-commerce
solutions
10+ years of experience with Agile software development and
application management
10+ years managing engineering development teams
5+ years of experience managing budgets and third-party vendor
relationships
