As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a meaningful role in providing Family Support Services to children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities in an in-home setting. You will support and supervise individuals while ensuring a safe and positive environment. In this role, you will partner closely with families and utilize evidence-based practices to appropriately manage behaviors and encourage growth. Your Role & Responsibilities – Participate in activities aimed at promoting socialization and skill building. Providing support and supervision to individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities such as autism. Support individuals with recreational activities of their choice in their home. Qualifications – High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Experience providing care or supervision for children in a home or community setting such as childcare, youth programs, or family support.
