Job Description Job Description Child Interventionist / RBT MULTIPLE OPENINGS Butterfly Effects' Mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate, caring people to serve children and families affected by autism. We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Explore our fulfilling part-time role at Butterfly Effects! Competitive Compensation: Earn $21.00 - $28.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications. Part-Time Flexibility: You chose your schedule! Most are 9 to 15 hours per week. Available schedules: 3, 4 or 5 Days; M – F; 3 hour shifts between 3 PM – 7:00 PM 3 days; M, T, Th; 3 hour shift between 4 to 7:30 PM 5 days; M – F; 6 to 7 hour shift between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or RBT certified Why Join Butterfly Effects? Background: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check. Physical Requirements: This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
