Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve inquiries and exceed user expectations through email and
live chat
Engage existing and prospective users via multiple channels
including Intercom and social media
Troubleshoot bugs and master internal systems to enhance user
experience
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support
role
Familiarity with or interest in sports betting or financial markets
is preferred
Proficiency with customer support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or
Salesforce
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving software and
platform
