Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Analyst II - Financial
Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT solutions related
to sales operations and member revenue
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users,
ensuring clear communication of project goals
Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate the planning, analysis,
design, and implementation of IT solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional
experience (minimum of 2 years)
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, including
requirements gathering and system design
Preferred experience in Sales Operations, Broker Sales, and Member
Revenue processes
Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement
methodologies
Knowledge of cloud computing, AI applications, and SAP systems
