Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Industry Analyst who will
manage product knowledge-based tickets and contribute to a
comprehensive knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve product tickets from stakeholders while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base
related to product features and industry trends
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends to
provide actionable insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing,
Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in industry analysis,
product management, or a related field
Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base management
preferred
Experience and knowledge of company products and services is a
plus
