Job Description:
A company is looking for a BIM Leader Mechanical and Electrical
(Internally Job Captain).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate workflows among teams of Modelers and BIM Specialists,
managing schedules and quality of execution
Provide technical guidance and support to team members while
serving as the main client-facing representative
Perform quality control on deliverables before client submission,
ensuring alignment with project standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Advanced English proficiency
Engineering or Architecture degree
5+ years of experience with Revit & Navisworks for MEP projects
Experience managing teams with a focus on technical coordination
and leadership
Leadership potential or experience is preferred
