Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Time Adherence Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time monitoring and make intra-day adjustments to
optimize resource efficiency
Maintain communication with teams and clients to coordinate
staffing adjustments based on performance
Monitor external factors affecting call center performance and
report issues for resolution
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in workforce management
functions, specifically real-time management
Experience with workforce management software that includes
real-time adherence
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Windows-based programs
Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision and manage
variable hours
Exceptional attendance and a secure home office environment
required
