Job Description:
A company is looking for an Exception Processor to manage and
update insurance data in their system.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by making
outbound calls to insurance agencies
Process and track incoming documentation according to departmental
policies
Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
of incoming exceptions
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data entry, customer
service, or a related field
Basic understanding of insurance and mortgage escrow accounts
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word and MS
Excel
Ability to type 35 WPM accurately
