Job Description:
A company is looking for an Online Referral Specialist in Home
Health.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, review, and respond to inquiries on the company
website
Evaluate incoming requests to determine eligibility for home
health/hospice services and coordinate referrals
Communicate with home health Intake Coordinators to ensure complete
referral information and assist in scheduling evaluations
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent
Two (2+) years' administrative experience in a healthcare
environment
Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical
Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse
Reliable internet service and ability to work from home with
minimal disruption
