Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Assistant, Client and
Colleague Support (Tier 2).
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workload escalated by the Health Plan and/or Call
Center Team
Complete member tickets, escalation emails, and other offline work
within 24-48 hours
Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity in alignment with
company practices and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
Must have a dedicated, distraction-free work-from-home space
Ability to maintain a stable internet connection
Experience with email support
