Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Support Associate who will
manage provider inquiries related to claims issues.
Key Responsibilities
Handles inbound and outbound provider calls, researching and
documenting issues
Processes RCM authorization and intake changes for claims within a
48-hour timeframe
Analyzes data to ensure compliance with claims processing
guidelines and communicates errors for improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of work experience
Two years of experience in customer service, claims processing, or
medical terminology preferred
Basic knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, data entry, and
math skills required
Familiarity with Claims Management and URAC standards preferred
