Job Description:
A company is looking for a Meeting Planner to support the
planning and execution of various programs, workshops, and
meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of pre, onsite, and post meeting logistics,
including hotel contracts and event requirements
Evaluate and coordinate with external vendors to achieve event
goals
Develop planning documents and maintain resources for internal
staff support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in event, meeting, or conference
planning
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
Exceptional technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Office suite
Ability to work independently and in a team-focused environment
