Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer to drive outside sales
in construction finance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outside sales by prospecting and building relationships with
clients in the construction industry
Originate a variety of loan products, including vertical
construction and multifamily financing
Lead the loan process from initial outreach to closing, ensuring
smooth operations
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in construction finance or mortgage
lending
Strong understanding of construction loan structures and
processes
High ethical standards and a commitment to client and company
interests
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Collaborative mindset for cross-team collaboration
