Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service
levels are met
Cultivate and maintain client relationships to understand their
needs
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in
a similar role
Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
Proficiencies in strategic planning and client relationship
management
Continuous learner that stays informed about industry knowledge and
technology
