JOB DESCRIPTION:

Collecting/organizing/following up with credit card receipts for approval
Verbal confirmation of banking information between vendors and internally
Vendor creation, reconciliations, updating information
Matching payments to subsidiary companies
Detail-oriented attitude, strong communication skills both internally, ability to take direction and follow through on tasks/projects as assigned KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 year's of AP experience, general accounting/administrative experience
- NetSuite preferred
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills verbally and written
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
