Description A well respected Robert Half client is looking to add a success-driven Accounts Receivable Clerk to their team for a 60-90 day contract assignment. This Encinitas-based role has an opportunity to be a permanent position based on performance in the contract role. Responsibilities+ Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures+ Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data+ Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits+ Ability to troubleshoot EDI invoicing and transmission+ Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted+ Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues+ Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients+ Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusTo be considered for these types of positions, please upload your updated Word version resume on our Robert Half website and call us at 760.603.9192.
