Operations Specialist Redbock is currently looking to hire an Operations Specialist to join our Encinitas, CA office.Established in 2010, Redbock is a wholly owned subsidiary of NES Fircroft and a consultancy that provides expertise to the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology industries. Our solutions range from contingency support to providing project teams.In this role, you will act as the person who is responsible for keeping all the technical and logistical details involved in supporting and supplying the business in an effort to help the business run smoothly and efficiently. Your priority will be to support the organization as a whole, including the Executive Team, Sales Team, and Delivery Team. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Redbock systems including: 8x8, Polycom, Cox, Bullhorn, and Outlook
• Act as the liaison for technical issues with consultants and internal new hires, including set-up of the systems and phones
• Recommend new procedures to increase efficiency of day-to-day operations
• Work with delivery/sales teams for system optimization (Daxtra, Cube19, Excel)
• Provide technical training for new hires (onboarding)
• Support sales and delivery teams with daily and weekly reporting
• Act as the point of contact for all facility related items
• Order and track office supplies, kitchen and bathroom products, as well as snacks for the office
• Research and order promotional items for conferences (giveaways)
• Manage all conference logistics for internal team (registration, booth shipping, etc.) Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of business experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent technical abilities
  • Bachelor's degree
