Sport Clips Haircuts of Encinitas has new ownership! We are looking for a team of great stylists for this store who are dedicated to the success of the team and building a culture of fun and professionalism! We are also looking for other positions at these locations: Store Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, and Key Holder.

Our compensation plan is very competitive, especially for people who like to help their clients look great!

$500 signing bonus will be paid to stylists who complete 90 days of continuous full-time employment, have not worked for SoCal Clips, Inc. previously (other Sport Clips stores not owned by SoCal Clips, Inc. are OK), and complete all training and qualification requirements within 90 days.

Guaranteed hourly wage starts at $16.50/hour for candidates experienced with the Sport Clips system and can include lucrative tips and incentive bonuses of up to $5/hour.  Many Sport Clips stylists make from $22 to $32/hr. and some make even more!
