Job Description:
All Storage is looking for a person with an outgoing personality
and superior customer service skills to fill the full-time position
of Property Assistant. Property Assistants are responsible for all
duties related to daily operations of the office and storage
facility. These duties include answering phones, selling storage
units, selling retail inventory, accepting and posting payments,
filling out rental agreements and applicable paperwork, making bank
deposits, sending out late notices, showing prospective tenants
storage units, handling tenant complaints and concerns, maintaining
customer files and lien sales (auctions), maintaining and ensuring
our curb-appeal standards, and managing billing and account
collection. We are seeking ambitious, process-focused and
professional people to assist with operating this property as if it
were their own.--
