Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Product Advisor to provide
expert technical guidance and support to clients regarding a
specific product.
Key Responsibilities
Possess in-depth knowledge of the product's technical
specifications and functionalities to address complex questions
Guide clients on leveraging the product's features based on their
unique requirements and business goals
Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers through
implementation challenges
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on SaaS experience in a high-paced
environment
4+ years relevant work experience in a client-facing technical
role, preferably in customer success or technical support
Experience with remote access environments such as Citrix and/or
terminal services
Strong understanding of relevant technology stacks and technical
concepts related to the product
Preferred experience with SQL and basic accounting principles
