Senior Human Resources Systems Specialist Remote
Position Summary:
This is a senior level hands on role that performs systems
configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table
definitions and access control.Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors
(Talent Acquisition, Employee Central, Performance Management and
Compensation) and, maintenance and configuration experience is
required. CPI experience preferred.
This positionsupportsand maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and
Enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection,
retrieval, accessibility, and usage of data for internal department
planning and activities. Ensures validity of data entered into
established tables, fields and system databases. Builds and
produces reports to meet the requirements of business management
and staff. Sets up user accesses and trains users on application.
Recommends changes in applications development, maintenance and
system standardsfor SuccessFactors Systems globally. You will use
your knowledge and experience to help our HR partners solve
pressing issues and maintain/update configuration. You will work
closely with our HR, IT and vendor partners.
Responsibilities
Serves as subject matter expert on SuccessFactors capabilities
Creates and maintains configuration/documentation and provides
global application support of all HR systems in support of the
organizations data management and reporting needs.
Monitor integrations and resolve integration/interface issues
Partners with business owners to define and develop requirements,
re-engineer current processes as necessary and creates/maintains
reporting and analytics
Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within our HR
Systems
Provide application support for ServiceNow for the HR portal
Develop and manage transactional workflow for data correction
requests/ mass data updates
Manages and prioritizes case and issue resolution
Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in
strategic planning or decision-making
Recommend process and procedure changes for updating, validating
and correcting employee records or other HR data to drive
efficiency
Supports the annual processes, including annual compensation,
variable pay and open enrollment
Oversee semi-annual SuccessFactors and UKG Releases reviewing
changes and enhancements to supported modules. Identify
improvements to enhance user experience and drive optimization.
Support all aspects of project implementation and technical book of
work
Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience configuring and
implementing SAP/SuccessFactors.
Strong technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, and the
ability to translate functional design into technical
configurations.
Demonstrate experience working on cloud interface and integration,
CPI and infrastructure
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with expert knowledge in
Excel
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong technical, analytical, organizational skills and problem
solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy with the ability
to multi-task
Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting
priorities
Ability to work within a cross-functional team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong
consultative/client service skills; ability to communicate at all
levels of the organization
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility and a strong work
ethic
