Senior HR Recruiter
Locations: Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Washington, DC; Encinitas,
CA; or New York City, NY

We are searching for a Senior HR Recruiter based in one of our U.S.
Hub offices to lead the staff recruiting function for all our
locations around the world! If you're looking for a position where

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU'LL DO
You're a Recruiter: You have experience creating and maintaining a
talent pipeline. You have built relationships with individuals and
with your network of contacts to help identify and source qualified
candidates. You know how to refine and improve on processes and
track key metrics while implementing a comprehensive and state of
the art recruitment strategy for the diverse global Moishe House
team. You have excellent interview, interpersonal, presentation,
and persuasion skills, and you make the recruiting function happen.

managers, skillfully welcoming new staff to the team, ensuring they
quickly feel included and an instant part of the team. You're
motivated, fearless, and excited to help build an awesome team. You
enjoy coming up with new ideas and building on existing ones that

You're a fierce organizer: You take initiative with all facets of
the work. You manage the administrative tasks that make Human
Resources run, while prioritizing the recruiting work that builds
the Moishe House team. We are a small team with a huge impact!
You're an expert communicator: You bring clarity to all
conversations, demonstrating a balance of friendliness and
efficiency.
You learn quickly and adapt to the ever-changing environment. You
have the proven ability to acclimate to new environments and
contribute quickly. You trust others and are trustworthy. You
appropriately deal with people-sensitive issues and handle
confidential documents. You are motivated to pursue a career path
in HR.
You have at least three years full-time post-graduate Human
Resources experience, with experience in direct recruiting and
pipeline-building expertise strongly preferred.
You have a four-year college degree in Human Resources, Business
Management, Nonprofit Management, or a similar field, or you have
additional equivalent work experience.
You have familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System,
preferably with Greenhouse.
You have significant experience working or volunteering in the
Jewish community or in a nonprofit organization.

You have eligibility to work in the United States without employer
