Resort is a Boundless Hotel by Hyatt. It is located in North
County, San Diego, just 32 miles north of San Diego International
Airport, and central to Encinitas, one of the most charming seaside
towns that dot California's iconic Coastal Highway 101.
Alila Marea combines understated elegance with coastal views from
nearly every guestroom. Designed to emulate the surrounding coastal
bluff, beach, and ocean, the Resort is framed by natural stone,
warm woods, and clean lines for a tranquil retreat with a sublime
backdrop.
The Resort features 130 guestrooms, 6,626sq/ft. of meeting space, a
full-service Spa, two restaurants (Vaga and Pocket), and one caf--.
High touch barefoot luxury and service are emblematic of the Alila
Way.
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of
producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in
a timely manner. On a daily basis must monitor food production,
quality and consistency, staffing levels and department training.
Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control,
communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills, guest
contact experience and culinary teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
The hourly range for this position is $23.80 to $25.96. This is the
pay range for this position that Alila Marea reasonably expects to
pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a
number of factors, such as experience and education.
New Hires are eligible for a $500 sign on bonus upon completion of
90 days of employment!
