Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, coordinates with
healthcare teams, and ensures patients receive high-quality medical
treatment. The RN assesses patient health problems, develops care
plans, administers medications, and supports patients and their
families throughout the treatment process. Key Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patient health conditions. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Develop and
implement individualized patient care plans. Record patient
symptoms, vital signs, and medical histories. Collaborate with
physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments,
and post-care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Operate and monitor medical equipment. Ensure compliance with
hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control
procedures. Provide emotional support to patients and their
families. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
(BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Valid Registered Nurse
(RN) license from the relevant nursing board. Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification (required). Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification (preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of
clinical nursing experience (preferred for most roles). Required
Skills Strong patient care and clinical assessment skills.
Knowledge of medical procedures and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
in high-pressure environments. Critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in
documentation. Ability to work in shifts, including nights and
weekends. Working Conditions Hospital, clinic, or healthcare
facility environment. May require long hours, night shifts, or
emergency call duties. Requires standing for long periods and
