Director Location : Sorrento Valley, CA (Overseeing multiple
clinical locations) Employment Type : Full-time, Salaried (40 hours

Director : The Regional Director is responsible for clinical and
operational leadership across 3 or more teams. In this role, the
Director may supervise up to 6 associate clinicians, will support
and oversee licensed clinicians including clinical supervisors, and
ensure clinical care and consistent practice standards across each
region and the practice. The Director will be the key point of
leadership and coordination for both clinical and operational
success. All the responsibilities we will trust you with: Clinical
Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own
caseload across the lifespan Provide triadic clinical supervision
for up to 6 associates, depending on practice needs Review and sign
notes for supervisees Offer monthly case consultation for licensed
team members within your region. Complete documentation and letter
requests for the region Conduct weekly chart audits for your region
to ensure compliance and documentation quality Consult on all high
risk clinical matters including risk management, breaches, and
mandated reporting Support and train onboarding of new clinical
staff, including orientation to clinical expectations, systems, and
protocols Ensure adherence to all established clinical protocols,
procedures, and quality of care standards Perform additional duties
as assigned to support the evolving needs of the region and the
practice Operations Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across
all assigned teams Participate in interviews and provide feedback
on clinical candidates Assess operational needs and partner with
Operations and HR to ensure resources, supplies, workflows, and
staffing supports are in place Mail: check mailbox regularly and
process mail for the region Manage room schedules for the region in
coordination with recruiting and HR Provide ongoing training and
support to ensure staff compliance with office and practice
policies Assist and manage budget considerations such as supply
needs and group outings Perform additional duties as assigned to
support the evolving needs of the region and the practice
Leadership Attend weekly scheduled Director Meeting Complete
30-day, 90-day, and annual performance reviews for team members
Prepare and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in
partnership with HR by providing clear direction, constructive
feedback, and support for growth and accountability Provide
conflict resolution and mediation for staff concerns or
interpersonal challenges Oversee scheduling workflows to ensure
adequate client coverage and balanced caseloads for clinicians
Support recruiting initiatives by actively monitoring staffing
needs and partnering with HR to ensure clinical operations /
staffing expectations are met Monitor productivity metrics and
provide feedback/support to staff for clinical and admin
expectations Partner with HR to prepare for the quarterly State of
the Location pulse check meetings Oversee Peer Mentor program for
your region Collaborates with other departments within the practice
to maintain and provide great client care experience for client(s)
Ensure compliance with practice safety procedures, including
emergency response processes and incident reporting Promote a
positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture across all teams,
consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity Perform
additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the
region and the practice You will be required to meet the following:
Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in
California for at least 2 years Invested interest in providing
direct care Desire to teach and train associate therapists Complete
documentation with 72 hours Able to work prime time hours including
evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs Ability to
quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processes
General knowledge of office skills, use of office equipment
(copier, laser printers, fax machine, telephones, computers) Must
be able to use initiative and independent judgment within
established guidelines Must possess effective written and oral
communication and social skills Excellent written and verbal
skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar
Bilingual fluency a plus Possess high degree of discretion,
integrity, professionalism, and accountability Professional image
and demeanor Exceptional time management and organizational skills
with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multi-task
and manage timely documentation Being consistent, punctual, and
have reliable attendance Having a strong ability to communicate
effectively and work well with others in a collaborative,
respectful manner Compensation: The base salary rate range for this
full-time position is $125,000-$130,000. As a candidate for this
position, your rate and related elements of compensation will be
contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills
and any other factors that we consider relevant to the hiring
decision for this position. In addition to the base pay rate, we
