What You’ll Do Supervise RBTs and ensure high-quality service delivery Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments and implement data-driven treatment adjustments Provide parent and caregiver training for skill generalization Lead, mentor, and train staff while ensuring BACB compliance Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes What We’re Looking For BCBA Certification (Required) Strong communication and documentation skills Team-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused approach Willingness to travel locally (approximately 70–75% within a 30 mile radius) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Perks & Benefits ?
