Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming calls related to healthcare
coverage
Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers over
the phone
Maintain presence at the desk for the duration of the shift,
handling back-to-back calls
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
with 100% attendance
Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing
test
Completion of a background check is required
