seeking a visionary and strategic Environmental, Health & Safety
Director to join our growing organization. This position will be
responsible for continuing to build and enhance our culture of
safety and Dudek's EH&S programs.The ideal candidate will have
10+ years of experience and will be responsible for planning,
implementing, and overseeing occupational health and safety
policies and programs and ensures compliance with Occupational
Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations.Proposed Salary
Range: $115,000 - $140,000 annually**Final agreed upon compensation
will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to
an individual's related experience, education, certifications,
skills, and work location. you will have the opportunity to shape.

ResponsibilitiesEHS Director responsibilities will include but not
limited to, shaping the strategic vision for the company,
designing, directing, and administering the Environmental Health
and Safety Program:
-Responsible for oversight of
workforce compliance with established project safety program,
plans, procedures, and applicable regulationsMaintain current
safety and health information for site (e.g., notifications,
revisions to safety plans, worker training certifications,
etc.)Plan, organize, coordinate, and conduct onsite worker safety
and health training and site safety inductionConduct safety
inspections and audits and ensure work activities are conducted in
accordance with state and local regulatory requirements.Responsible
for company and project compliance with local, state and federal
environmental health and safety regulations. Maintains in-depth
knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, and federal, state, and
local regulatory requirements including OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOT, and
EPA. Partners with Project Managers to prepare project safety plans
and site specific training protocols.Work in partnership with
facilities to lead and create the Fleet Safety program.Enforces
policies to establish a culture and mindset of safety.Assists in
organizing, monitoring, and reporting on various programs, such as
the Emergency Action Plan and Injury and Illness Prevention
Program.Coordinates and trains the Emergency Response Coordinators
(ERCs) at all office locations. Plans, develops and implements
safety training programs via in person sessions, webinars, as well
as in our Learning Management System (LMS).Schedules regular safety
observations and job hazard analysis to identify facility and
jobsite hazards.Oversees and participates in the reporting and
investigation of workplace incidents. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational
Safety and Health (OSH) or a related field, and 5+ plus years of
related experience, preferred.Knowledge of environmental,
occupational health and safety at local, state and federal levels
(OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOT, EPA).Valid driver's license
required.Preferred Qualifications
Professional Certification (s) --
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CSM, CHMM, CIH Experience
developing training using a Learning Management System (LMS).First
Aid and CPR instructor certification.Experience with
ISNetworldProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office,
PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Presenter. Perks of Being a
