This is an outpatient clinic where team of experienced therapists works with their patients on a one-on-one basis to facilitate their plan of care. This personalized approach allows our therapists to direct their own care plans while building rapport and a deeper relationship with their patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have both orthopedic and neurological experience and is comfortable working independently and will use their strong clinical reasoning skillset to make a lasting impact in patients' lives. The Physical Therapist provides Physical Therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment, and education as prescribed by qualified medical practitioner in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements.This position is full-time (80 hours per period) working weekdays and is located at Scripps Rehab Services in Encinitas.The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and -may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted -in your offer letter.Required Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
    • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of California
    • Current BLS from the American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications:
      • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
