Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Regulatory &
Legislative Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and provide advice on regulations governing employee health
& welfare benefit plans
Implement strategies to educate and deliver Regulatory &
Legislative Strategy resources to team members
Oversee partnerships with vendors for employee health and welfare
benefit compliance matters
Required Qualifications
8+ years of applicable benefits experience focused on benefits
compliance
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Employee Benefits Regulatory & Legislative background
(preferred)
Experience in writing, reviewing, and analyzing complex laws and
regulations
Ability to manage workflow and adapt to changing priorities
