Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiting Events
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute over 100 recruitment events annually to align with
talent acquisition goals
Manage logistics for national conferences, including contract
negotiation and budgeting
Supervise an Event Specialist and coordinate with the Talent
Acquisition leadership team for performance reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality,
Communications, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably in
healthcare or clinical recruitment
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
Demonstrated leadership skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and
reporting
