Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Information Officer to lead its
technology strategy and oversee the execution of that strategy
during a period of significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage a high-performing IT team to meet the
organization's technology needs
Develop and execute a service-oriented IT strategy and
corresponding budget to support business growth
Oversee the management of technology platforms, ensuring alignment
with business objectives and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Prior experience as a CTO/CIO or in a senior IT leadership role
In-depth knowledge of technology and product development in
healthcare
Experience managing IT infrastructure in a healthcare claims or
revenue cycle management organization
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and
strategic decision-making
