Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture a deep data culture through talent development
and recruitment
Oversee architecture integration and product ownership for key data
initiatives
Lead project implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and budget
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business
Management, Computer Science or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in data, continuous improvement,
and process improvement
3+ years in leadership roles/experience
Experience with data pipeline & ETL/ELT processes
Preferred PM and cloud certifications
