A company is looking for a Customer Service & Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain service standards and lead customer service activities to
maximize satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of hearing aid orders
while managing returns and warranty workflows
Oversee and optimize customer support platforms, enhancing
workflows and resolution times
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in customer service and operations
management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
Strong understanding of CRM and customer support platforms, with
experience in Zendesk required
Proven track record in building and managing high-performing
support teams
Deep operational awareness with the ability to oversee fulfillment
and product returns
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable
improvements
