Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Director Care
Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership to improve HEDIS quality performance
and optimize medical benefit costs
Lead member engagement strategies to enhance outcomes and maintain
NCQA accreditation
Engage with physicians and provider groups to educate on
HEDIS/CAHPS quality measures
Required Qualifications:
Current unrestricted Florida medical license as a Doctor of
Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Board Certification by American Board of Medical Specialties or
equivalent
5+ years of clinical experience
Experience working with senior-level health plan executives and
providers
Proven track record of improving business processes for
efficiency
