Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Sourcing Manager to lead the
sourcing process for client programs and provide strategic
guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client programs and
negotiate contracts with suppliers
Manage the RFP process and ensure documentation aligns with client
standards
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while
maintaining client relationships
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project, event, or meeting management,
with a focus on procurement or sourcing
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of domestic destinations;
international knowledge is a plus
Experience with program management systems and online sourcing
tools preferred
Proven ability to build and maintain client and supplier
relationships
College degree preferred; CMP designation is a plus
