A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk Process
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Implement the First Line Monitoring Program focusing on commercial
lending credit approval and loan closing processes
Provide support to business leadership during audits and exams,
managing associated remediation projects
Drive change management communication among first line of defense
stakeholders and identify opportunities for control environment
improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or High
School/GED with 10 years of experience
Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidance for large
financial institutions
Experience in developing presentations for Senior Leadership
Understanding of business strategy and risk profile
Proven track record of implementing change and persuading
stakeholders
