Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business
Intelligence and Strategic Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a centralized Business Intelligence function across
various departments
Translate business needs into scalable data products, dashboards,
and insight-generation tools
Direct a team of analysts and data scientists to support strategic
initiatives and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or
healthcare economics
Proven track record of building centralized BI functions that drive
measurable outcomes
Experience managing teams of analysts, data scientists, and BI
developers
Strong command of BI tools and frameworks (e.g., Looker, Tableau,
SQL)
Experience working alongside Data Engineering teams with a focus on
collaboration
