Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Manager to lead and execute
talent acquisition and development strategies globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent and succession planning strategies in
alignment with business goals
Design and implement modern talent development programs, including
leadership and manager training
Oversee all aspects of recruiting, ensuring job postings reflect
business needs and company culture
Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent management, HR leadership, or a related
field
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and
talent development
Experience working in a global environment across multiple
geographies and cultures preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field preferred
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is
mandatory
