Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Cycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day revenue cycle management operations,
including billing and collections
Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for
optimization
Conduct audits of billing practices to ensure compliance with
regulations and resolve complex billing issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business,
or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years focused on revenue
cycle management
Experience in revenue cycle management within Healthcare
required
Proven knowledge in insurance claims, coding, billing, and claims
processing
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
requirements
