Job Description:
A company is looking for a Failure Analysis, Mechanical
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct joint laboratory examinations and assist with technical
analyses
Perform hands-on laboratory work including sample preparation and
equipment operation
Analyze scientific literature and technical reports related to
materials and mechanical systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years' experience in failure analysis and root
cause determination
BSc and MS in materials science, metallurgical engineering, polymer
science, mechanical engineering, or related fields
Experience in testifying and working on interdisciplinary teams is
desirable
Ability to travel on short notice for site inspections and client
interactions
Flexible work schedule to accommodate occasional weekend and
evening hours
