A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential leave coverage in a K-12 school setting. This contract position spans from the last week of February through May, offering a structured schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Located in Lakewood, OH, this role supports students across all grade levels within the school year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-12 students. Assess and monitor student progress in collaboration with educators and families. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies and regulations. Participate in team meetings and provide consultation to support student success. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification (SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY) and licensure appropriate for school settings. Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families. Knowledge of best practices in school-based speech-language therapy. Ability to manage caseload and prioritize responsibilities effectively during the contract period.
