Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking an
Architectural Graphics Designer to join our team. This is a 100%
in-office role based in our Irvine, CA office. Responsibilities :
Serve as the company point person for all graphics-related matters,
staying current with relevant trends. Collaborate with the Design
Team to generate colored Site Plans, Floor Plans, and Elevation
graphics that accurately depict the overall project. Produce
colored Street Scenes and Renderings. Create graphics for award
submittals and marketing materials that support company
initiatives. Generate digital and physical color and material
selections, including color boards and/or color schemes. Ensure
compliance with various jurisdictional requirements for submittal
packages, maintaining completeness and accuracy. Manage and
maintain office graphic standards and material libraries. Oversee
and update the company portfolio and website. Interface and
coordinate with outside vendors for material samples. Thrive in a
fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing multiple projects
with varying deadlines and budgets. Requirements : Degree in
Communication Arts and/or Graphic Design , with a minimum of 4
years of experience in an architectural office. Consistent work
history in a professional architectural office setting, supported
by strong professional references. Demonstrated proficiency in
Adobe Suite and Bluebeam . Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is a
plus. Familiarity with common architectural principles, terms, and
design concepts. Clear and effective communication and strong
organizational skills. What We Offer: Flex Time workweek, allowing
