Full-time Description Work from Home (WFH) - Remote work must be
performed while residing in California, New Mexico or Florida CIAT

Corporate & Government Sales Status: Non-Exempt Employment Type:
Full-time Summary The Admissions Advisor- Bootcamp Division is
responsible for facilitating student enrollment in CIAT’s IT,
cybersecurity, cloud, project management and AI bootcamp training
programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for
inbound bootcamp enrollment inquiries, providing guidance and
support for prospective students exploring CIAT’s bootcamp

exceed enrollment goals established by the Director of Corporate &
Government Sales and provide accurate forecasting of performance
outcomes Interacts with a high volume of prospective students via
phone, email, live chat, events, and/or other communication
channels to facilitate enrollment into CIAT bootcamp programs
Participate in virtual and in-person recruitment events such as
trade shows, industry events, open houses, career fairs, etc.
Discovers the education and career objectives of prospective
students and advises on all aspects of the enrollment process,
including enrollment requirements, career outcomes, finance
options, and transferability into CIAT certificate and degree
programs Use professional knowledge and perspective to build
rapport, overcome obstacles, and guide prospective students through
the decision-making process Facilitate bootcamp payment
verification, enrollment documentation collection, and registration
processing Maintain a dedicated lead database of consumer,
corporate, government, and contractor prospects, ensuring accurate
segmentation, prioritization, and ongoing engagement Manage,
monitor, and customize CRM reports to ensure performance targets
are achieved and reported on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,
and annual basis Collaborate closely with CIAT internal departments
including Admissions, Marketing, Student Services, Career Services,
Education, and IT to support a streamlined enrollment process for
new students Develops and implements a plan for generating
referrals and personally developed inquiries from all current and
prospective students and personal and professional networks
Documents all interactions with prospective students within
institutional information systems with proficiency and accuracy in
creating, maintaining, and updating student records Works with a
sense of urgency, while engaging and listening to others and
exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly
changing environment Adhere to CIAT policies, procedures, and
compliance standards on an ongoing basis Adheres to CIAT’s
compliance requirements to ensure all Federal, State, accreditation
and institutional policies and procedures are being met Follow
communication guidelines to ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction and professionalism Embody CIAT’s mission, vision,
purpose and values Requirements High School Diploma or GED and
general knowledge of the higher education industry Minimum of 2
years of professional work experience in customer service and/or
sales Strong technical understanding of IT/cyber industry
certifications from CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, ISC2 or other
IT, cloud and cybersecurity fundamentals Excellent organizational
and communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate
Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to learn additional software
products Computer literate with a proven ability to learn and
effectively use CRM, SIS, and LMS software Reliable transportation
to attend meetings and events Must have and be able to present
federally accepted identification required for access to military
bases and secure facilities Strong communication skills, both
verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey
information and interact with students, colleagues, and others
Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals

retaining students and collaborating with internal departments

Type and Expected Hours of Work Days and hours of work are Monday
through Friday with schedule rotations of weekend and evening
hours. Up to 20% travel may be required for event participation and
support. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no

mathematical calculations as a normal part of this role Lifting up
to 30 lbs. while supporting logistics for event participation Work

Admissions Advisor- Bootcamp Division is $28- $32 hourly/DOE. We
base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as
education, experience, equity and other business and organizational
