Job Description:

We are an executive search firm that has been around for 25 years with a loyal client base. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join an established team that can wear multiple hats. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized with strong computer skills and an eagerness to learn.This person will be responsible for:

  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation
  • General office management
  • Provide sales assistance to President
  • Scheduling meetings and travel on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • Drafting proposals for prospective customersThe ideal candidate will have the following:
    • Work experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Sales assistant, or similar role
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentialityThis position is full-time, working from our office located in Encinitas, CA. We can offer flexible hours and some remote work.
