Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial
operations and provide strategic guidance in the software
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting
and cash flow management
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure
compliance and accuracy
Prepare financial statements and provide strategic financial
guidance to senior management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience in the
software industry, with leadership experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, preferably
NetSuite
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
